SACNAS is a society of scientists dedicated to fostering the success of Hispanic/Chicano and Native American scientists—from college students to professionals—to attain advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in science.
CAMP is Focused on Advancing Inclusive Excellence in STEM. Promoting retention of undergraduates as they earn degrees in the biological sciences, physical sciences, mathematics, and engineering. By integrating research, undergraduate education, and professional development, CAMP creates a cohesive set of experiences that fully prepares undergraduates for graduate education and influences career choices. The CAMP program motivates participants through cooperative learning workshops, internships, and faculty-mentored research.
The UC Leads program is designed to engage and educate California’s future leaders by preparing promising students for advanced education in science, technology, mathematics and engineering (STEM).
